Please note the DTAP Applications must be received by the applicable deadline listed in the DTAP communication email. Applications received after this date will not be processed.

For eligibility requirements, please see the details under the DTAP Program. Only 2 full-time semesters per academic year are eligible.

Proof of Payment must accompany the DTAP application.

I have read and understood the Dependent Tuition Assistance Program and certify that I am an eligible employee under the terms of the Dependent Tuition Assistance Program. I also understand that the benefit, if applicable, will be added to my dependent's taxable income in the year the reimbursement is distributed.
