Mid-week Mindfulness Group

Could you use a mindful break in the middle of your week? Are you curious about mindfulness and self-compassion? Would you like to practice with like-minded individuals? Join Bonnie Pedota, Mental Health and Wellness Facilitator, on this journey of learning, discussion and practice.

This mindfulness group will take place online via Google Meet secure video.

The group will run on Wednesdays from May 22 to July 24 from 1 to 1:45 p.m.
