Mid-week Mindfulness Group

Could you use some more mindfulness or self-compassion in your life? Couldn't we all? Join Bonnie Pedota, Mental Health and Wellness Facilitator, on this journey of learning, discussion and practice.

This group will explore mindfulness for five weeks, then self-compassion for five weeks.

All sessions will take place online via Google Meet secure video.

The group will run on Wednesday mornings from May 14 to July 16 from 11 to 11:45 a.m.
