Before beginning the 2025 Undergraduate Research Awards - Student Application Form, please ensure you have read the 2025 URA Information for Students.

1. An endorsed Statement of Interest.

2. A completed Request for Official Record of Transcript Form for INTERNAL STUDENTS; OR a copy of your official transcript from your home institution for EXTERNAL STUDENTS. Ontario Tech students will NOT be charged for this transcript and do not need to request a transcript themselves. For further information on how to complete this form, visit our Resources webpage.

3. An unofficial transcript for INTERNAL STUDENTS downloaded from MyOntarioTech.

Please note:
* Students are responsible for submitting the Application Form (including both mandatory uploads) by the 2025 URA Application Deadline: January 10, 2025 at 3 p.m.
* Incomplete applications will NOT automatically save.
* To edit content prior to submitting this Form, simply toggle between sections of the Form using the 'Back' and 'Next' buttons. Do NOT refresh the page.
* Only one application per student will be accepted.
