Black Student Showcase: Call for student participation

The Black Youth Visionary Program will be hosting the 2nd annual Black Student Showcase, a celebration bringing the Ontario Tech community together in honour of Black History Month. This event is an opportunity to recognize and uplift the accomplishments, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of our Black student community.

The showcase will feature a market hosted by Black-identifying students and clubs, highlighting their products, services, projects and initiatives. Attendees will also enjoy an exciting lineup of performances that reflect the talent and cultural richness within our Black student community.

This event will feature:

- A market highlighting the businesses, projects and initiatives of Black-identifying students and clubs.
- Live performances by Black-identifying students and clubs. (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
- Cultural refreshments.

Participation is completely free, but space is limited—sign up today! The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, February 18.
