This form is for students and alumni requesting a specialized letter from the Office of the Registrar.

A specialized letter is an official document that provides specific academic or enrollment information not covered by standard documents (e.g., transcripts).

Processing Time:
Requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods or for certain letter types, processing may take longer.

Fees & Holds:
• A fee applies to specialized letters and will be charged to your tuition account. Payment can be made via bank payment.
• Letters will not be issued to students with holds on their accounts.
