OSAP definition of full-time study for spring/summer term:

Students must have already completed a 2024-2025 full-time OSAP application while at Ontario Tech and be in good academic standing to be eligible for a spring/summer extension.
•Registration and completion of a minimum nine credit hours during May to August.
•Each course generally represents three credit hours. A double credit course represents six credit hours.
Note: Students who have a permanent/prolonged disability - approved with OSAP - must be registered in and attending a minimum of six credit hours (40 per cent of a full-time course load), in order to maintain eligibility.
