Filming and Photography Request Form

Thank you for your interest in filming or photography at Ontario Tech University.

Permission for any filming or photography on university property is mandatory and must be obtained at least twenty (20) business days in advance of the requested start date.

The Ancillary Services team works with the campus to coordinate all filming requests. Filming access may be limited or unavailable during certain periods due to other scheduled activities. However, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Note: If you are interested in filming at the ACE facility, please visit the ACE website for information on booking and approvals.
