Special Events Parking Request Form

Hosting an event at Ontario Tech University?
Complete this form at least 14 days prior to your event to request parking arrangements for your guests.

Steps:

Complete the form.
Your department will receive a confirmation email with a link and QR code or a PROMO code to enter in the HONK mobile app.
Share the link and code with your guest(s).

FAQ:

Do guests need to download the HONK app and create an account?
No. Guests may use the QR code link for the promo code you provide them without setting up an account.

What if my guest(s) don't use a smartphone?
Please contact the Parking Office to purchase a physical chaser ticket or for other solutions.

Cost:
The cost for a permit ranges from $5 to $20 depending on location and duration.

Please note:

Parking promo codes and QR codes are intended only for the event attendees and must not be shared with individuals outside of the intended group.
Chaser tickets for gated lots may be available in certain circumstances. If required, please indicate this in your request and Parking Services will review the available options with you.
