2026 Reverse Career Fair Student Registration

The Reverse Career Fair will be held in person at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre, Gyms 3, 4 and 5, on Wednesday, October 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

As a participant, you'll have the opportunity to showcase projects or work samples that highlight your skills, experiences, and accomplishments. Due to the interactive nature of the event, students are highly encouraged to display a project or a portfolio piece. Please note that this year's event is exclusively for students enrolled in an official co-op or internship program.

Eligibility:
Participation in the Reverse Career Fair is limited to students who are registered and accepted into a co-op or internship program by Monday, September 21 . Co-op students must also have completed or be currently enrolled in the fall 2026 co-op preparation course , if applicable to their faculty.

● Faculty of Business and Information Technology
● Frazer Faculty of Education
● Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science
● Faculty of Science
● Faculty of Social Science and Humanities

Please note: Registration is required to attend. Students who have not registered by Sunday, September 27 at 4 p.m. will not be allowed to enter the gym.

Day-of schedule:

● 9 a.m. to noon: Networking session with co-op/internship students from the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science (all programs) and the Faculty of Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Integrative Neuroscience).

● Noon to 1 p.m.: Lunch break for employers.

● 1 to 4 p.m.: Networking session with co-op/internship students from the Faculty of Business and Information Technology, Faculty of Science, Frazer Faculty of Education and Faculty of Social Science and Humanities.

Mandatory Preparation Sessions

Participation in one Reverse Career Fair preparation session is mandatory. Multiple session dates and times will be available. Students who do not attend a preparation session will be removed from event registration. Preparation session dates will be posted on the Careers and Experiential Learning Portal’s Events and Workshops calendar. Please check the portal regularly and register for one session to attend.

Week One

Tuesday September 15 – 10 to 11:30 a.m. - Stephanie

Thursday September 17 – 5 to 6:30 p.m. – Sacha

Saturday September 19th – noon to 1:30 p.m.– Darren

Week Two

Monday September 21 – 10 to 11:30 a.m. – Sacha

Thursday September 24 - 5 to 6:30 p.m. – Darren

Saturday September 26 – noon to 1:30 p.m. – Stephanie

Week Three (Last chance for those that have not completed a session)

Monday September 28 – 5 to 6:30 p.m. – Sacha

Tuesday September 29 – 5 to 6:30 p.m. – Stephanie

Wednesday September 30 – 5 to 6:30 p.m. – Darren
Participants are required to:

● Create a personal name tag that is 3 inches high by 4 inches wide
● Bring any project, portfolio, research poster or work samples they would like to showcase

Participants are also encouraged to create a business card to share with employers. Consider including a QR code that links to your LinkedIn profile to support follow-up connections after the event.

A project is not required to attend! However, if you would like to showcase something, connect with your Co-op and Internship Officer. They will work with you to identify past coursework or assignments you can present.
