If you are unable to attend a session for which you registered for any reason, please contact hrtraining@ontariotechu.ca with your withdrawal request and course details. The department of a registered attendee who fails to show or cancels and has not done so with at least 48 hours’ notice, will be charged a $50.00 fee. Please do your best to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend. This helps us to ensure those on the waiting list can join us, and allows our facilitators to properly prepare for their session audience.
