If you are unable to attend a session for which you registered for any reason, please contact hrtraining@ontariotechu.ca with your withdrawal request and course details. The department of a registered attendee who fails to show or cancels and has not done so with at least 48 hours’ notice, will be charged a $50.00 fee. This helps us to ensure those on the waiting list can join us, and allows our facilitators to properly prepare for their session audience.
