This form is used for graduate students wishing to appeal their tuition, ancillary fees due to missing the final deadline to drop courses or for late withdrawal from a course or program. The form must be completed in full, including a clear and detailed explanation. Please allow up to six weeks for requests to be processed. During peak times processing may take longer. Fee Appeals are normally due to extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances. Fee Appeals based on financial considerations will not normally be approved. Students in financial need should reach out to Student Awards and Financial Aid at connect@ontariotechu.ca. Tuition/fee/late withdrawal appeals must be submitted within six (6) months of the term you are appealing. Any term appeal over six (6) months will not be processed or approved. Note: Not all requests will be approved and are subject to the authority of the Manager of Student Awards and Financial Aid.
