Early Completion Refund Request Form

This form is used for a student who defends and has submitted their post-defence thesis package to the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies prior to the end of an academic term who may be eligible for a tuition refund. Please see the Tuition and Fees website for more information on deadlines.

Your request will be assessed by the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. For eligible students, the length of time for a refund to be applied to the student account is normally 4-6 weeks.

Minimum program tuition fee: Domestic students who have not yet completed the standard minimum period of registration may be assessed a Minimum Program Tuition Fee and will not be eligible for a refund for early completion.

The early completion refund applies to tuition fees only. No ancillary fees will be refunded.
