- Official transcripts cost $18 and must be paid at the time of order. Please visit our payment options website for your payment options. Note: Bank payments may take 3-5 business days to post to your MyOntarioTech account and transcripts will not be released until payment is received. Transcript requests will not be processed if you have holds on your account (e.g. outstanding university fees).
- Ensure that all pertinent information is present on your academic record before requesting an official transcript. If you are unsure if final grades, degrees or other awards have been posted to your record, contact the Office of the Registrar.
- If you require documentation to be sent with your official transcript, please submit the Additional Documentation for Transcript Request form. Do not fill out this form if you are a Nursing student. Instead, please submit the Nursing Licensure Form Completion Request.
- If you require your official transcript to be sent to multiple addresses please fill out separate requests.
