Yoga, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Group

Could you use some de-stress time this semester? Yoga, mindfulness and self-compassion are all evidence-based approaches to improving our sense of peace and well-being. Join us for this weekly group that includes gentle movement, inspired learning and soothing meditation.

Sessions will take place in the South Village Residence and online via Google Meet on Thursdays from 2 to 3:30 p.m., January 25 to March 28.

You can join for just the yoga portion (2:00 to 3:00 p.m.) or for the entire group.

This group is open to all Ontario Tech and Durham College students.
