Use this form if you would like to apply to add or remove a minor.

A student may complete only one of the following:
A single Major
Two Majors
A Major and a Minor
A Major and two Minors

Note:

When adding a minor, you cannot select the same one for which you are majoring in.

Declaring a minor does not guarantee that the credential will be awarded. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all minor requirements are met. Certain minors are not available to all students. Please visit the Academic Calendar to review the requirements and your eligibility.
