Use this form if you would like to apply to add the Co-operative Education option to an eligible undergraduate program.

Note:

Declaring co-operative education does not guarantee that the credential will be awarded. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all co-op requirements are met. Co-operative education is not available to all students. Please visit the Academic Calendar to review the requirements and your eligibility.

Semester deadlines: Applications must be submitted by the deadlines below in order to be processed for the semester specified.

Students who have previously completed any of the following prior to Fall 2023 are exempt from this fee:
• One or more co-op work term(s)
• ENGR 1000W (Professional Competencies for Engineers co-op prep course)
• SCCO 0999U (Science Co-op Success Program)
