Please note: Students receiving OSAP will have their request reviewed by Student Awards and Financial Aid. Depending on registration status and reason for the credit balance, some students receiving OSAP may have funds returned to the NSLSC.

Payment by Credit Card
Payments made through credit card will be issued a refund to the same credit card that originally made the payment.

Payment by Canadian bank/financial institution
Refunds requested for payments made through Canadian bank/financial institution can only be processed if your Direct Deposit information is Active and Accounts Payable is checked.

Payment by International bank/financial instituition
Complete the Student Wire Transfer Form and submit directly to studentar@ontariotechu.ca. A $40 fee will be charged against the refund for wire transfers (not including payments made by PayMyTuition or FlyWire).

Payment by Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)
Your refund will be reviewed by the Student Awards and Financial Aid Office. A portion or all of your credit balance may be refunded back to the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) depending on your OSAP assessment.

Payment by Scholarships, Bursaries or Awards
