AWARDS - OTU Ontario-Ukraine Solidarity Scholarship

In response to the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, on April 6, 2022, the province announced the creation of the Ontario-Ukraine Solidarity Scholarship to support students attending publicly assisted colleges and universities in Ontario. The scholarship will be awarded to current registered students at Ontario Tech, based on merit and financial need.
The application submission deadline date is February 12th, 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
To be eligible for this scholarship, students are required to have completed the domestic or international Winter Tuition Bursary Application and demonstrate a financial need.

Value:
There are four (4) scholarships available and each scholarship is valued at $10,000. The full value of the scholarship will be applied to the successful candidate's tuition account.

To be eligible, you must:
-Be a current registered full-time or part-time student living in Ontario.
-Demonstrate financial need through the Ontario Tech bursary application.
-Demonstrate merit that may include qualities such as academic achievement, community service, or perseverance of dedication to their education.
-Ontario Tech will prioritize students impacted by the Ukrainian conflict first, followed by students impacted by other conflicts.
