Complete this application if you would like to travel on exchange to one of our partner universities. Please visit our Outbound Exchange webpage for more information. This application can only be completed once you have met with your academic advisor and have an approved/signed transfer credit form. Upon submission of this form, the International Office will contact you via email to your student email account. If successful, you will be required to confirm acceptance within three business days of the decision notification.
If the start date at the partner university is different from Ontario Tech, select "Other" and add the start and end dates of their semester.
Permission is required from your Faculty and the International Office.
Before proceeding with the remainder of this application, you must obtain permission from your Faculty (i.e. instructors, advising) and from the International Office (internationalexchange@ontariotechu.ca) to participate in an exchange that overlaps with your course(s) at Ontario Tech. Proof of permission (i.e. written confirmation in the form of an email) is required as part of this application. Once you have obtained permission, you may proceed with the remainder of the outbound student exchange application form.
