Use this form if you would like to apply to add the Co-operative Education option to an eligible undergraduate program within the Faculty of Business and Information Technology. Students must successfully complete first year to be eligible to apply.

Note:

Declaring co-operative education does not guarantee that the credential will be awarded. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all co-op requirements are met. Co-operative education is not available to all students. Please visit the Academic Calendar to review the requirements and your eligibility.

Deadline: Applications to add co-operative education will be reviewed in accordance with the deadline listed below.

For the upcoming academic year, the deadline to submit an application is August 1st.
