Arfan is always supportive at the Test Centre and our team. Arfan is supportive to student and faculty inquiries with care and intention. When working with our Test Centre team with invigilators and colleagues, he is always thinking of the next step on how to problem solve with scheduling conflicts, potential issues, and providing solutions. Sydney was such a big help to me and the C&M team when she attended the CNA Conference and captured content for us to use on the university's social media channels. She made the whole process so seamless by making sure to drop her content into the Google Drive on-the-go so it was easily and quickly accessible to our team to use for our communications.
