The Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme seeks to enhance internationalisation in Japan by promoting mutual understanding between the people of Japan and those of other nations. The Programme aims to enhance foreign language education and promote international exchange at the local level through the fostering of ties between Japanese youth and foreign youth alike.

The objectives of the Programme are being achieved by offering JET Programme participants the opportunity to serve in local authorities as well as public and private elementary, junior high, and senior high schools in Japan.

The JET Programme started in 1988 with cooperation from participating country governments. In 2023, there were 5,831 participants on the Programme from 50 countries.

The Community Solution Education System is a nonprofit system of six colleges and universities working collaboratively to expand community impact and increase student success. The System includes The Chicago School, Pacific Oaks College, The Colleges of Law, Saybrook University, Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and University of Western States.



Through distinct programs, flexible degree offerings, and real-world experiences, these institutions empower students to become innovative, engaged, and purposeful agents of change who serve the global community. Colleges offer undergraduate and graduate degree programs in the areas of psychology, education, law, social work, counseling, and health sciences.
