This registration form is for in-person camps. If you would like to register for virtual camps, please complete the corresponding registration form.

Individual camper registration only. Please complete this registration form for each individual camper.

Payment: Payment by VISA, Mastercard or VISA Debit must be made at the time of registration. If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact us.

Camp/Course Waitlist: If a camp/course is full, you can be added to a waitlist by emailing summercamps@ontariotechu.ca, with your name, the selected camp/course, and contact details (including a daytime/evening phone number). You will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

For the purposes of registration, policies, and forms, the term "camper" or "participant" may be used interchangeably and is applicable to registrants of traditional week-long 2026 Summer Camp programming (virtual and in-person).
